If you choose non-anonymous submission:

  • Email address (for verification purposes only)
  • This information is never displayed publicly
  • Used only for submission verification and updates

Technical Information

We automatically collect:

  • Basic analytics data (page views, form interactions)
  • Device type and browser information (for optimization)
  • General location (country level, for regional insights)
  • We do NOT collect IP addresses or detailed tracking data

Anonymization Process

  • Company names are only shown when we have 3+ similar submissions
  • Specific job titles may be generalized to prevent identification
  • Salary ranges are used instead of exact figures where appropriate
  • Any potentially identifying information is removed or generalized

Anonymous Submissions

For anonymous submissions, we cannot identify or modify specific entries. However, you can contact us if you believe your anonymous submission contains identifying information that should be removed.

Our service providers may process data outside of Australia and New Zealand. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • Data processing agreements include appropriate security measures
  • Transfers are limited to what's necessary for service provision
